Vista

Summer has been a great time to explore other people’s gardens and often more grander than our own. One thing which larger gardens have is a view or vista. Something to draw your eye away from the current place you are standing. Many people think that you need to be on a hill to have a view but in fact you can draw the eye to other things such as sculpture, a feature plant or garden building. Anything that will lead you through and onwards, such as a break in a hedge, or through a garden iron gate, anything to catch the eye will also work as a vista or view point. If you need help creating a vista or interest in your garden do get in touch.
